Cory Shaw – Director
A self taught artist with a 15 year illustration and print design career by age 30. He shifted focus in 1999 to motion design, creative direction, and live action directing and formed Buildestroy. Under Buildestroy he is able to continue to paint graffiti, design logos, create animations, film live action, tell stories, play with puppets, and mix all that together. He is living out his dream by working with his friends to create meaningful sonic and visual work that changes their world and hopefully the world around them. Building a new paradigm of creativity and freedom and destroying the old system.

Ryan Flanery - Director
As an entity in the broadcast realm Ryan's focus thrives on creative solutions that are also socially responsible.  Ryan comes from a mixed background founded equally on technology and art, where understanding of the technology responsible for the creation and presentation of art is just as important as creative impetus.  Indeed, destroying the paradigm which so pretentiously categorizes information in to "entertainment" or "art," "reality" or "fantasy," is at the forefront of his concern

David O. Simpson - Facilitator
David his career in production and motion design 3 years ago when he linked up with Alex Dervin to open up the Ebeling Group NY office. After a transfer to LA a year ago, David now produces for HEROIC and is part of the 3RC, BUILDESTROY, WONDERMINT and NETWORK family.
